About me

Hi! I'm jordan morgan

I’m a health and fitness coach with over 7 years of experience in the industry, but my personal journey started 11 years ago. My biggest setback was my mindset and lack of confidence. I was stuck in a cycle of eating low calories and spending hours on the treadmill because I was too afraid to approach the weights section. Now, I’m passionate about helping women break through those same barriers, building their confidence, optimising their mental and physical health, and finding a balance that allows them to reach their full potential while enjoying life.

Through functional training that’s both effective and fun, I work with women to create sustainable habits that prioritise their well-being. My approach is all about long term results and empowering women to reach their goals without sacrificing the things they love.

I’m passionate about helping women become the best versions of themselves, inside and out. My goal is to empower women to truly understand themselves, take control of their lives, and build confidence, not just in health and fitness, but in their mindset and overall well being too.

My minimum term is 4 months, but you can stay on as long as you’d like! My coaching is focused on long lasting results, so I don’t offer quick fixes. Most of my clients are women who are committed to doing things the healthy, sustainable way.

Absolutely! My approach is all about helping you reach your goals while enjoying life. We’ll make some adjustments, but I’ll teach you how to enjoy eating out and still see results.

Nope! I offer home workout options that deliver amazing results without needing to step into a gym.
